After a rough start with the first 2 painters, no show and conduct, Mill Creek Painters rectified this issue by bringing in Todd with his lead Dan. Todd was simply amazing with a work ethic second to none. Dan checking in everyday to ensure our satisfaction was wonderful. I am beyond happy with our “new” cabinets and can’t believe how much brighter and more spacious our kitchen feels. The transformation is dramatic and the quality of work exceeded expectations, especially given our 50+ year-old cabinets. Marcel was excellent with communication and setting clear expectations and resolving any concerns after re-install, William did meticulous prep and painting on-site with great attention to detail, and Lisa worked magic on the doors and drawers for a flawless finish. We opted to have the hardware holes filled in as we are changing them and the placement and the holes are basically invisible. The whole process took just over a week to accommodate my schedule and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. There was a hiccup when an oil-based primer was used instead of the originally planned low-VOC option based on performance concerns with the cabinet doors, which did impact our plans for boarding our parrots. While inconvenient, and very stinky, I understand the decision was made to ensure the most durable finish.
